{My 5 Favorite Pinterest Crock Pot Meals}

I’m sure you are all just as obsessed with Pinterest as this chick. I need to let you in on a secret though. I fix, at a minimum, three Pinterest recipes a week. Yep, you read that right, THREE. But here’s another secret, they are almost always the slow cooker / crock pot recipes. I’m also obsessed with my crock pot. I have a programmable crock pot so it’s a total life saver. There is nothing like walking in from a long day and an even longer commute to have your dinner ready to be served. Thank you crock pot, THANK YOU!

If you want, you can follow my Pinterest Board: Get in My Belly in which all of the recipes I’ve tried (or plan to try) are pinned.

So for this week, here are my crock pot faves:

  1. Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken from Emily Bites

    Andrew and I both thought this was awesome. It had a great bite because of the Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, but not too much. It was even tastier the second day. So yummy!

  2. Crock Pot Taco Soup from Crockpot365

    You can see from my pin that I did some modifications to the recipe online, but it was delicious. I used Chipotle Seasoning, b/c you know from this post, I’m obsessed with it! I added a can of Rotel and spicy chili beans to give it a little kick, and I had chuck steak in the freezer so I used that as opposed to ground beef/turkey. Also, I never brown my meat before I place it in the crock pot. I know a lot of folks do, but I just think it tastes better (not quite as chewy) when you don’t.

  3. Brown Sugar and Balsamic Glazed Pork Loin from C and C Marriage Factory

    This may be the best pork loin you ever fix. I’m not kidding. I’ve now had three other people try this recipe and have said the same thing. It is ridiculously good. I modified nothing and Andrew and I could not get enough. We were soooo sad when it was all gone. I mean, we stuffed ourselves. So good!!!

  4. Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff from The Crock Star

    I love beef stroganoff, it reminds me of my mother. This was a staple in our household growing up. She wouldn’t make it in the crock pot, she just made it on the stove. So when I found this online it was such a foreign concept to me. But I’m stoked I found it. Again, I don’t brown my meat before putting in the crock pot so that’s the only modification I make. The Golden Mushroom Soup, I didn’t even know that exists. It adds such a good flavor.

  5. Slow Cooker Chicken Cesar Sandwiches from Chef in Training

    I’ll be honest, I was a skeptic. I didn’t really know how this could be good, but it was! The only modification I made was using frozen chicken breasts. I just find that because I have the crock pot on all day long you really don’t need to defrost a lot of the meats used in the recipes. Its got a good flavor, could use a little Siracha maybe to give it a kick. But that’s only if you like to add a little spice to things.

So there you have it, my 5 picks of the week. What about you? Do you have any good Pinterest Slow Cooker/Crock Pot Recipes you’d like to share? I’m always on the hunt for a new good crock pot recipe so definitely share!
