I promised to share some of my super easy and slow-carb friendly dinners with you and this is one of the easiest and yummiest. This recipe is actually supposed to be served over bow-tie pasta, but we all know I can’t have pasta (though it is REALLY good over pasta). Anyhoo, here’s what you’ll need to fix my:
Slow-Carb Friendly Sausage and Peppers Dinner
Let that cook (boil really) for a 5 minutes or so and you’re ready to go! Super easy huh? If you aren’t slow-carb’ing you could just start cooking your pasta before you start cooking the sausage. Then, once the sausage mixture is ready, pour it over the pasta. Yumlicious.
