The weather has been amazing lately and I couldn’t be more thrilled that Spring has finally sprung. This means the grill is also making some of its first appearances of the year. Yaaay springtime!! There’s nothing I love more than a good steak on the grill. That being said, this post is about chicken…blink blink. *laughing* This is by far the easiest grilled chicken you will ever make.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 16 oz. bottle of Italian Dressing (I LOVE Wegman’s Italian Dressing)
- 2 – 3 lbs of thawed Chicken Breasts
- 1 Large Storage Bag
Drop your thawed chicken breast into your large Ziploc, and pour the entire bottle of Italian Dressing into the bag. Seal it up, and stick it in the fridge to marinate for 45 minutes (you can do more if you have the time).
Then bring those bad boys out and throw them on a hot grill for about 12 minutes on each side. I’m a fan of closing the top on our grill while they cook on each side, I think it keeps them moist though people still challenge me, until they eat them . And that’s it! They should be ready to serve. I usually have mine with a side of grilled aspargus or grilled corn on the cob. I have a really great corn on the cob recipe to share, courtesy of my husband so stayed tuned for that one.
Its grilling season, what’s your favorite “grill meal”???
