{Wednesday Workout: #Fitin14}

Looking for a quick but effective workout? I did this workout today, for time, and was able to complete three rounds in little over 18 minutes. I’m a huge fan of at-home workouts, that don’t use equipment b/c who the heck has kettle bells, and all sorts of other stuff lying around? Not this girl!

The butterfly situps were the death of me, and then the stupid push ups! By the time I got to the third round I did girly push ups. Judge me if you want, but my arms weren’t having it. This #Fitin14 (yes, I made my own hashtag) thing, after having a baby and not working out for 10+ months, is kicking my butt.

Hi Megs! I love a good at home workout too that doesnt require equipment. This one sounds great BUT what are butterfly situps? Thanks!
