Have you tried the new Kraft Fresh Take? I tried the Southwest Three Cheese on Monday night and it was RAD. And no, I didn’t get paid for this post. This is totally me, just promoting something I found to be absolutely delicious and thought you might want to try.
I took 4 bone-in pork chops out of the freezer the other night to cook this week for dinner. I had no plan on what I was going to do with them. I picked up a Fresh Take at the grocery store the other day because I figured I could coat anything in a cheesy bread crumb deliciousness, I mean who couldn’t? So with my no plan for dinner I decided to use it on the pork chops. Oh my goodness this stuff is so friggin’ good. I know, I know, I could probably make it myself if I just figured out what seasonings they put in their breadcrumbs, but this just seemed so much easier (yep that means I’m lazy).
At any rate, it’s really easy you just open up the bag they provide and combine the two compartments but shaking the bag a little. Then, put whatever meat it is you are using (you could totally use this on chicken or fish as well), one piece at a time in the bag and lightly press the cheese/crumb mixture onto either side. I dipped mine in a beaten egg before throwing in the bag to make sure it coated well. Then I put them on a baking sheet and cooked them at 375, no turning or covering, for about 25 minutes.
Kraft is actually offering a 50 cent coupon via their site. I did all the homework for you, here ya go. You will need to download the coupon installer, from coupons.com, before you can print. But I figure most of you are like me and use that site religiously anyway.
Do yourself a solid and good pick up one right now. Go, get in the car, head your nearest grocery store. It’s by the shredded cheese. You’re welcome!
Let me know if you try them out, I would love to hear if yours turned out as yummy as mine.
